Join Us
vHelimed Pilot Requirements
To be eligible to join us as a pilot in vHelimed, we have a strict list of requirements to ensure we only have the most professional flight crew.
An active VATSIM account.
Minimum 100 hours connected as a pilot on VATSIM.
A legal version of X-Plane 11/12 or MSFS, with access to at least one of our aircraft found in the "Our Fleet" section.
Base knowledge of HEMS and UK Coastguard operations.
Good knowledge of radiotelephony, flying skills and UK airspace types.
New pilots MUST start their practical training within 30 days of joining vHelimed.
